In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (and subsequent amendments) The Board of Trustees of the Newstead House Trust draws your attention to the following:
– By providing the information requested you agree to us sending you emails in relation to Newstead House.
– The information provided will not be disclosed to third parties or used for any secondary purpose unless stated.
– When the information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected it is deleted.
– You have the right to request access to, and correct, any personal information that we hold about you subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
– To assist us in maintaining correct records please inform us of any changes in your personal information provided as they occur.
